First impregnation plant

wood and posts in Chile

Who we are

Maderas Lifewood is a family business founded in April 1967. It is the first impregnation plant in the country to use CCA (Copper, Chromium, and Arsenic) salts. It also has one of the three largest impregnation cylinders in Chile.

In the beginning, its main products were electric poles , which were distributed from Arica to Punta Arenas, characterized by their fire seal.

Later, in parallel, a production line for poles and logs for vineyards and road fences was established.

Currently, the company's main production is impregnated wood for construction. It is one of the largest distributors of wood in Santiago for major construction companies.

Our clients include Carrán, Ebco, Echeverría Izquierdo, Brotec, Icafal, Concreta, Casas Nórdicas, Casas Délano, The Wall, Socovesa, and more.
